Are you taking new patients?

Yes — new patients of all ages are welcome. Most of our new patients come from referrals by happy patients, and we’d be glad to care for your family too.

What languages do you speak?

Our team speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese, so you can be cared for in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Question 3

Do you bill my insurance directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We charge according to the current BC Dental Fee Guide and submit your insurance claim directly, including CDCP. We’ll always give you an estimate first.

What are your hours and parking?

We’re open Tuesday–Friday and Saturday mornings (closed Sunday & Monday), at 3920 Francis Road, Unit 130, next to TD Canada Trust — with free parking right at the door.

Question 5

Do you handle dental emergencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have a toothache or a broken or knocked-out tooth, call us — we keep room for urgent care and can often repair a broken tooth the same day.
